Thanks to my friend Rosemary McAllan of Cooking in the Kitchen, who not only manned her own stall at the Burns Festival all day but managed to give out some of my fliers and had one of my seasonal bouquets on display too. Rosemary is a fantastic cook who runs cookery courses for people who want to learn how to make real food to feed themselves or their families.
