Red, Blue or White Wedding?

Sow, sow sow – I am now running out of space. Still no door on the lean to so I can’t risk putting more tender plants there – beginning to hate tripping over seedlings in the house.  I have been sowing lots of white varieties of various plants such as Larkspur and Nigella for forthcoming weddings.  Now, I know germination rates can differ but I look at the seedlings and guess what, the ones that have germinated are all the blue varieties.  How is this?  Should I take the labels away and nonchantly walk pass the trays with an air of I  don’t care what you do?  Can I dye blue flowers white?  Can I start again and grow them in half the time?
